We are also in process of implementing a unique computerized barcode system that ensures quality on every operation of garment production. Each garment carries a bar-coded sticker that have the details and history of all the operations done on a garment. Hence, if any problem is reported, one can trace back the root of the problem to avoid re-occurrence in future. Stitch and Style will be the one and only apparel manufacturing company in Pakistan having this sort of system in place. We are using Computerized Human Resources Management System based on employee’s in/out through card swiping for wages and compensation/benefits calculation and payments.
