Under one roof

Every department on the same site

Fabric arrives at one end and cartons leave at the other. Nothing is sub-contracted out to a factory we do not control.

Fabric store & inspection

Incoming fabric received, relaxed and 100% inspected on the 4-point system. Supplier lab reports verified in house and through third-party labs.

Cutting

Marker making, spreading and band-knife cutting, with 100% inspection of cut parts before they are bundled and issued to the lines.

Printing & embroidery

Decoration applied at panel stage — screen printing, embroidery and appliqué — then re-inspected at 100% before the panels reach sewing.

Sewing — 20 lines

500 machines across twenty balanced lines, with inline QC running the 7-0 sampling system throughout each shift.

Finishing & pressing

Thread trimming, pressing and 100% final checking on fabrication, finishing, appearance, sewing, shading and labelling.

Packing & despatch

Folding, polybagging, cartonisation and a final finished-goods audit at AQL 1.5 Level II before the container is loaded and sealed.

Barcode operation trackingEach garment carries a bar-coded sticker holding the history of every operation performed on it, so any reported fault can be traced back to its origin.
Automated payroll & HR recordsWages, compensation and benefit calculations run through our Human Resources Management System, so every payment can be shown against the record behind it.

Buyers, agents and third-party inspectors are welcome at the factory by appointment. If travel is not practical, we will arrange a live video walkthrough of the line running your product.
