How an order runs

Seven steps from enquiry to shipment

Each stage has a named owner and a quality gate. You get visibility at every one of them.

01

Enquiry & costing

Send us your tech pack, sketch or a reference sample together with your target quantity, fabric and price. We come back with a costing, a lead time and any engineering suggestions that could bring the price down without changing the hand feel.

02

Sampling & approval

We develop proto, fit and pre-production samples against your measurement chart. Nothing goes into bulk until you have signed off the PP sample, the trims card and the approved lab dips.

03

Fabric & trims sourcing

Faisalabad is a knitting and dyeing hub, which keeps our fabric supply local, fast and competitive. Incoming fabric is 100% inspected on the 4-point system and supplier lab test reports are re-verified in house and through third-party labs.

  • Single jersey, pique, interlock, rib, fleece, terry
  • Cotton, cotton/polyester blends, cotton/elastane, viscose blends
  • Woven poplin, twill and yarn-dyed checks for lounge and sleep
04

Cutting

Marker making, spreading and cutting with 100% inspection of cut parts before they are issued to the sewing floor — and again after any specialised process.

05

Decoration

Printing, embroidery and appliqué are applied to cut panels, then re-inspected at 100% before sewing so that a decoration fault never becomes a finished-garment reject.

  • Screen print, pigment, discharge, high-density, puff and foil
  • Placement and all-over prints
  • Embroidery, appliqué and patch work
06

Sewing

Twenty lines, 500 machines. Inline quality control runs the 7-0 system — seven pieces per operator sampled at random, twice a day — while Quality Assurance audits the same lines independently.

07

Finishing, packing & despatch

Pressing, 100% final inspection, 100% measurement checks at critical points, folding, polybagging, cartonisation and a final finished-goods audit at AQL 1.5 Level II before the container is sealed.

Services

How we can work together

Make to tech pack (CMT / FOB)

You send the specification, we source, produce and ship. The most common way our buyers work with us and the one that gives you the most control over the product.

Private label & own brand

Your labels, hangtags, packaging and barcodes applied in our finishing department, so the goods arrive retail-ready and go straight to the shelf.

Product development

Bring a mood board or a competitor sample instead of a tech pack. We will pattern it, source the closest fabric and put a costed sample in front of you.

Export & logistics

Registered exporter with all documentation handled in house. Sea and air freight through Karachi and Lahore, on your nominated forwarder or ours.

Barcode traceability

A bar-coded sticker on every garment recording the history of each operation performed on it — so any reported fault can be traced to its root and prevented.

Third-party inspection support

We host your inspectors or nominated agencies at any stage — inline, final or during loading — and share our own audit records alongside theirs.

Working with us

Practical answers to the first questions buyers ask.

Every order is different, so treat these as starting points rather than fixed rules — we will confirm exact figures against your specification.

  • Minimum order quantityTypically 1,000–3,000 pieces per style, depending on fabric and colour count. Talk to us if you are below that — repeat programmes are treated differently.
  • Sampling lead timeAround 7–15 days for a proto or fit sample once the specification and fabric are confirmed.
  • Bulk lead timeUsually 45–75 days from PP sample approval and receipt of all trims, subject to order size.
  • TermsFOB and CMT both available. Payment terms agreed per order — L/C at sight and T/T are both common.
  • Factory visitsWelcome at any time by appointment. Remote buyers can request a live video walkthrough of the running line.

Let’s cost your programme.

Send the style, the quantity and the target price. You will have a costing and a realistic lead time back from us, usually within one business day.
