Stitch & Style International
Compliance & welfare

A secured and friendly environment at the workplace.

Backed by registration, by systems, and by records you are welcome to inspect.

Our commitment

Good returns for every stakeholder — including our people.

Our mission commits us to providing a good return on investment to all stakeholders: quality products to our customers, a secured and friendly environment at the workplace to our employees, and the maintenance of our country’s good image in the international market.

That last point matters to us. Pakistan’s reputation as a sourcing destination is built one factory at a time, and we intend ours to be part of the argument for it rather than against it.

How it is enforced

Systems, not promises

The strongest guarantee we can offer on labour practice is that our records are generated automatically and are available for inspection at any time.

Documented working hours

In and out times are recorded at the gate for every employee, so working hours, overtime and rest periods are simple to verify for any period a buyer or auditor asks to see.

Automated payroll

Wages, compensation, benefit calculations and payments all run from that same record through our Human Resources Management System. Workers are paid accurately, and the calculation behind every payment can be shown.

Safe working conditions

Cutting operators work with metal mesh safety gloves. The site is gated and staffed by security, with marked internal roadways and clear circulation between the production blocks across our 115,000 sq ft.

Training over replacement

Where our quality system finds a persistent problem with an operator’s work, the documented first response is maintenance of the machine or training for the operator. We would rather develop a professionally trained workforce than churn through one.

Buyer audits

Open to inspection.

We welcome social compliance and technical audits from our buyers and from the agencies they nominate. Announced or unannounced, we would rather you saw the floor for yourself.
